10/23/2023 0 Comments Unturned survivalThe melee-weapons are pretty cool to use, especially against zombies or an unsuspecting player, and the guns are very smooth. Combat and PvP - The combat in this game is very addictive and fun.You get experience for surviving and with the experience you get you can upgrade certain stats to make your character stronger, faster, smarter, better marksman, faster swimmer, better crafter, and so on, increasing your chances of surviving! But watch out, if you die you'll on a hardcore server lose all your experience and on a regular server half. Then there's the RPG-like leveling system of the game. Let me just leave it at this, you can disassemble, scrap, and/or craft with just about everything in this game, it's insane. That's just one example of the crafting, there is so much more that I can't even explain it all, or else I'd be here rambling on forever. Want to build a house? Go scavenge a lumberjack axe, chop down a tree, gather the logs and sticks, get a saw then saw the logs and sticks, craft the different building parts, put them together to form your own unique base, scavenge for metal and put together defenses for the base and so on. There's at least a hundred items in this game, probably way more, and there's just so much you can do and craft. ![]() Crafting and RPG - The crafting in this game is crazy in-depth.You got to constantly be on your toes when playing Unturned lest they get chewed off by a zombie or shot off by a bandit. Sure, there are the variety of zombies and players that you got to keep an eye out for, but there's also hunger, hydration, and health that you got to keep up if you don't want to die and turn into a zombie yourself. Surviving - Like stated before, the basis of Unturned is surviving. There's so much to do in Unturned especially revolving around it's gameplay, so I'll be breaking it into three smaller categories to better explain: The game at it's core is a survival game, where you traverse around a map/server of your choosing trying to at first survive the onslaught of zombies, players, and elements then if successful afterwards thrive and establish yourself as the alpha on whatever server you on. The gameplay for this game is phenomenal, especially when you keep in mind it's a pretty basic looking free-to-play game. ![]() ![]() The game's art-style too can also be appealing to some and easy on the eyes, which to me is always a definitive plus. Because of this game's rather basic graphics quality, it requires less from a PC to run therefore adding the possibility of appealing to a larger variety of players. This can be a turn-off to some players but to others a strongpoint. One quick look at the game and it'll instantly hit you, 'this game's graphics aren't it's strong point.' They're very simple and basic, comparable to games like Minecraft or Roblox. The graphics might be simple, but the addictive gameplay, great crafting and massive variety of things to do always seems to be pulling me back into play, and play a fun fair non-pay-to-win game. In Unturned there's a massive variety of things to do all stapled together and built around the game's main goal, surviving. Unturned is a free-to-play multiplayer zombie survival game on Steam, where you're thrown into a fun looking though harsh environment infested with dangerous zombies, abandoned towns, and worst of all unpredictable players. Now onto the topic at hand, what is Unturned? As of recently I've been finding myself either playing League of Legends, some sort of multiplayer survival game, or reading/writing posts on one of my favorite sites, Steemit. What's up guys, I'm ggteixeira, a relatively new blogger to Steem and long lasting gamer.
